Perth WA Australasian Oil and Gas Exhibition.

Recent enquiries from Western Australia, and Asia Pacific in general have shown an increased level of interest in the types of project specific equipment that Gen Ex Design can offer.

The recent Australasian Oil and Gas Exhibition held in Perth WA last month proved to be an ideal opportunity to visit Western Australia  to meet some of our potential new clients, and introduce ourselves to the market in general.

The supply of both Project Specific equipment and Zone 2 Hazardous Area Generators, and through our associate company Haz Hire Limited, the rental of such specialised Hazardous Area equipment has brought us several interesting enquiries from this region.

The trip also allowed us the opportunity for direct contact with clients involved in ongoing enquiries, and the chance to meet some of the key personnel involved in many of the exciting projects planned for this burgeoning market, in addition most of the major Oil and Gas companies, and the Engineering, Construction, and Asset support companies all provided Gen Ex the opportunity to meet them and present our company to them.

The show also generated significant interest into the Zoning issues and options available to the Australian Offshore Market. The Oil and Gas, LNG and Coal Stream Methane Projects currently being developed in Australia will require high specification equipment designed to meet the arduous conditions of the operating environment, and these factors along with the requirement for operating in Zone 2 Hazardous Areas, mean that the lead Engineering Companies will be required to seek proven, experienced suppliers such as Gen Ex Design to support their developments.
